My husband and I had been thinking about refinancing our home mortgage but were unsure whether to move forward in the current shaky economy. A friend referred us to Jane and we immediately knew we had made the right choice by contacting her. She was extremely thorough in explaining the refinancing process and we appreciated her honesty in what would need to be done. When she reviewed our particular situation, she made suggestions for how we could get the best rate and make the most of refinancing. Her creative thinking with money and finances is beyond what we expected and had not experienced in the past when buying, selling and refinancing homes. Jane was sincerely interested in helping us as a family to have a better financial situation. During the process, Jane communicated and explained details to us carefully and with patience. We always felt well informed and advised of our choices. I am still surprised at how tirelessly Jane worked to get our loan processed and approved with such an excellent rate. At the end of the transaction, we gave her a big hug, feeling that we had made a great friend and not just used a mortgage broker for a few weeks to do business.
Just a few words that come to mind to describe Jane: Integrity, hard working, ethical, caring, thorough, talented, knowledgeable, resourceful, creative, intelligent, honest, amazing at what she does!
