Wow! I finally have the opportunity to thank you for your help when I decided to buy our new home w/o a R.E. Agent. I did not know what I was getting into because of a very difficult owner. I don't know how many times I called you completely frustrated but with your help we closed the deal in 3 weeks. You always answered your phone and if you did not know the answer you found it for me. I just want you to know how much I appreciate you always being there for me. That was in 2005 and then you proceeded to sell our old home.
